Competitive level preparation
and training for expert tennis players.
Competitive tennis is addressed to youngsters and adults who are starting or have started a long time ago on the official tournament circuit of the Italian Tennis Federation. As the culmination of our nursery activity for young athletes, and as support for adult tennis players, this level of training offers the best of athletic and psychological preparation to accompany athletes to victory.
At this level, the basic notion of a tennis course for juniors or adults has been surpassed; the training work with our professional tennis instructors is prepared and carried out strictly on a tailor-made basis, with precise aims and dedicated technical insights, for both part-time and full-time programmes. The Competitive programme is built over an 11-month period, and ranges from the 690 hours (equally divided between athletic preparation and tennis) of the Part Time Base programme to the 800 of Part Time Plus, with Full Time Summer, to the 1320 of Full Time Classic, all reserved for groups of a maximum of 2 people; in addition, our instructors are at the athletes’ disposal to formulate a plan of meetings and training sessions entirely made-to-measure.
Included in the A-Rete Tennis Club’s Competitive programmes are reserved discounts on court bookings, private lessons, and racket stringing service in our Pro Shop, and a number of PlaySight video analysis sessions depending on training needs.
